Expressing his enthusiasm, Chief Ballis stated, “I’m excited to help foster the future of the Stillwater Fire Department while maintaining the rich traditions of the city.”

City Administrator Joe Kohlmann praised Ballis’s leadership and dedication, expressing confidence in his ability to guide the department forward while continuing to provide exceptional service to the community.
