Stillwater has recently welcomed Jason Zimmerman as its new Community Development Director. Zimmerman, who grew up on the west side of the Twin Cities, is eager to contribute to the city’s future while embracing its rich history.
“I work with a very enthusiastic and team-oriented group of people in City Hall,” Zimmerman said. “It’s been easy to step in and build on their positive thinking for the future of Stillwater.”
In his new role, Zimmerman is focusing on updating the Comprehensive Plan, which will guide the city’s development efforts for the next two decades. He is also committed to advancing projects initiated by his predecessors, ensuring continuity and progress in Stillwater’s growth.
