As we approach the end of May, Stillwater offers residents and visitors two notable events to mark on their calendars.
Memorial Day Ceremony
On Monday, May 25, the Veterans Memorial of Stillwater will host the annual Memorial Day Ceremony starting at 11:30 AM. This event honors the brave men and women who have served our country. Attendees can expect a solemn service featuring speeches and musical tributes. It’s a meaningful opportunity for the community to come together and pay respects to our veterans.
Dance Here 2026
Looking ahead, on Saturday, May 30, the Chestnut Street Plaza near the Lift Bridge will come alive with Dance Here 2026. Starting at 3:00 PM, this free event invites everyone to enjoy live music and dancing in downtown Stillwater. It’s a perfect occasion to embrace the warmer weather, enjoy local talent, and connect with neighbors and friends.
Both events offer unique experiences that highlight the spirit and community of Stillwater. Whether you’re honoring our veterans or dancing the afternoon away, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
